Razorfish -- Producer/Project Manager  -- LA (5/2000 – 4/2001)

Managed large project work-plan and resources for the launch and re-design of the e-commerce site Earlychildhood.com / Oversaw Designers, Interface Developers, Technologists, Information Architects and Writers in creating this website / Worked with technologists and client in creating a customized admin tool for managing the site / Acted as liaison between the Razorfish team and the client for presentations, deliverables, requirements and sign-off / Provided day to day operational management for the team by setting schedules and priorities and defining critical path issues.

 

PlanetGirl.com -- Producer  -- LA (10/99 - 5/2000)

Implemented the launch of this teen girl web-site in Flash Generator in November 1999 / Managed daily site content, game design/development, promotions, give-aways, contests and e-commerce branch of site / Supervised team of freelance writers and editors as well as internal staff / Read, screened and oversaw ongoing user submitted content  / Concepted and executed site’s original content / Created and oversaw all weekly production schedules and meetings / Communicated on a regular basis with ongoing vendor who was developing the various phases of the site re-design / Managed and trained all employees on the back end admin tool (database) used to edit, layout, program and publish all content for the site / Concepted and implemented all interactive quizzes and polls on the site / Wrote and distributed regular newsletters to registered users.
